Cignoli Promoted to Sr. Mortgage Advisor at Right Trac Financial Group |

(Manchester, CT) Richard F. Cignoli has been promoted to Sr. Mortgage Officer at Right Trac Financial Group. “Rick is a seasoned mortgage professional who brings 40 years of banking, credit union and mortgage banking experience to Right Trac. Cignoli is a licensed Connecticut Mortgage Loan Officer and iregistered with the National Mortgage Licensing Service. He attended the University of Connecticut and is an alumnus of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. His background includes retail bank management; consumer, small business and mortgage lending; business management; and as a registered securities and investment advisor.
He has expertise in First Home Buyer mortgages, the USDA Rural Housing Development loan program, FHA, VA and HomePath mortgages, as well as conventional and jumbo mortgage financing.
