At Action Appliance Repair, we’re a bit old-fashioned; the customer is always first, and anything less than EXCEPTIONAL customer service simply isn’t acceptable.
We even answer our phone with live staff.
My father started this business in 1961, with a simple plan in mind:

- Set goals and strive to meet them
- Treat our customers the way we want to be treated
He taught me to always do my best, and more than 50 years later, my wife Lisa, and the rest of the Action Appliance Repair family, are still committed to these core traditions.
